Yes. Our Design & Build service provides clients with a fully integrated solution, combining architecture, structural engineering, MEP design, and construction management under one contract. This approach reduces risk, accelerates delivery, and provides clients with a single point of accountability throughout the project.

Our primary operations are based in Saudi Arabia, where we have been active since our founding in 1992. We have also successfully delivered projects in Bahrain and maintain pre-qualification status with major clients in the UAE and Kuwait. We are actively pursuing expansion into further GCC markets.

Every project has a dedicated Quality Manager, project-specific Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and third-party testing and inspection programmes. Our quality framework covers all phases from procurement and construction through to testing, commissioning, and handover.

Yes. Our HSE management system is certified to ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health & Safety) and ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management). We operate a zero-harm safety culture supported by comprehensive HSE training, rigorous risk assessment processes, and regular independent audits.
